Due to the uptick of COVID Cases in our local community, we have made the decision to revise our visitation guidelines and please ask you to be swabbed weekly in order to keep our residents safe.

  • We have revised our visitation through Recreation to include Monday through Friday visits only with Thursday being our late evening.

  • We are suspending weekend visitation at this time.

  • We ask that you come 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visitation time in order to be swabbed by a staff member.

  • During your visit, it is important to remember to maintain 6 feet social distancing and that you wear your mask to cover your nose and mouth throughout your visit.

  • We ask that you be screened and sanitize your hands prior to visiting your loved one.

  • Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Everyone's goal is to keep our residents safe and keep us open for visitation.
